Visitors to the RBI website belong to a broad spectrum, from inquisitive information seekers to informed academics hence the website acts as a repository of communique with regulated entities, notifications for the general public as well as research papers for economists and policy professionals. Therefore, websites and mobile app must enhance usability, provide an interactive and seamless experience in the complete user journey, and ensure proper and effective dissemination and management of information.
